OUR SERVICES
We offer the following services to our clients:
Demand Letter: The Employer will issue a formal Demand Letter in favor of NIZAM OVERSEAS OEP on the company letterhead, duly stamped and signed. This letter will mention Job Categories, number of workers required, contract period, monthly salary, and other benefits.
Letter of Authority: The Employer will issue a Letter of Authority in favor of NIZAM OVERSEAS-OEP on the company letterhead, duly stamped and signed, and addressed to the concerned Embassy in Pakistan. This letter will give authority to the placement Agency to deal with interviews and visa-related matters.
Agreement of Employment: We have a Standard Employment Contract on the company letterhead, duly stamped and signed between the employer and the employee. This contract is required to get immigration from the immigration authorities in Pakistan.
Our Work Process:
In our work process, we follow these steps:
- We prefer the selection of applicants either by oral or practical tests conducted by the employer or his authorized representative.
- We accumulate enough potential candidates who qualify the requirement by qualification, experience, and employee specifications.
- We send the resume to the employer for the final screening and shortlisting of candidates.
- After obtaining the list of final shortlisted candidates, we finalize the interview dates and obtain necessary legal permissions from the emigration authorities.
